THE JOINT VENTURE OF AMDI & CEFD SIGNED CONSULTING CONTRACT WITH NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAME

The Joint Venture of Asian Management and Development Institute and Center for Environmental Fluids Dynamics (JV of AMDI & CEFD) signed Consulting Contract with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on Training organization activity of community-based disaster risk management (CBDRM) for 41 communes in Nam Dinh and Thanh Hoa provinces (Package No. N-220402)”.

On 24th June 2022, JV of AMDI & CEFD signed the consulting contract with UNDP on Training organization activity of community-based disaster risk management (CBDRM) for 41 communes in Nam Dinh and Thanh Hoa provinces (Package No. N-220402)” with the contract value of USD 160,950.

The signed Consulting Contract on Training organization activity of community-based disaster risk management (CBDRM) for 41 communes in Nam Dinh and Thanh Hoa provinces (Package No. N-220402) is under the Activity 1.2.2.3 and Activity 3.1.3.4, “Organization of 137 commune TOF courses” under the Green Climate Fund (GCF)-funded project of improving the resilience of vulnerable coastal communities to climate change related impacts in Viet Nam in  06 project provinces, including Nam Dinh, Thanh Hoa, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, and Ca Mau.

The objective of the consulting service is to support the UNDP, VNDMA and PPMUs in the implementation of CBDRM/A – CCA training courses in 137 communes in 06 project provinces by December 2022. 

Over the years, AMDI has always been at the top of the consulting firms in Vietnam trusted by international Donors to implement international grant and loan funded projects. The newly signed contract between the JV of AMDI&CEFD and UNDP presents the trust of international donors to AMDI in the field of consulting service and shows the outstanding efforts of AMDI as well as expanding the influence of AMDI in the field of consulting in Vietnam. Also, the contract promises the future cooperation co-operation between AMDI and UNDP Vietnam.
