1. Selection by purpose

Each of you when you come to Japan to work has different personal goals such as choosing a job with more part-time jobs, being close to relatives, high salary, and opportunities to develop your current profession.

For those of you whose direction is to make money, do part-time jobs, it is best to choose all the professions you can participate in, as long as your criteria are suitable. That way, your chance to go to Japan will be done faster, shortening the time and cost of participation

And your purpose is to improve your skills and develop job opportunities when you return home in industries such as welding, milling, turning, planing, mechanical engineering, assembling machinery and equipment, textiles, or other professionals. Simpler industries such as agriculture and construction can choose from a small number of suitable industries. Choose a profession by gender

Depending on your gender, choose the appropriate profession:

- Inspect, assemble and process electronic components, agriculture, food for women and men

- Mechanic, construction... male recruitment

- Textiles are usually for women

Choose a career based on appearance factors

The standard appearance to be able to go to Japan is:

+ Male 1.60m tall or more, weighing 50kg or more.

+ Female 1.50m tall or more, weighing 45kg or more.

Some notes for employees when choosing an industry are as follows:

- Mechanics: Specializations such as welding, turning, milling, and planing do not require appearance, just work experience.

- Agriculture, food, packaging, textile need suitable height and weight

Choose a career by age

The age requirements in the Japan labor export program range from 18 to 36 years old, depending on each order.

The age that is considered the most beautiful to participate in the Japanese Technical Trainee program: Male and female aged 19 - 27

Eg:

- Construction orders usually take men aged 18-37

- Agriculture: Male and female, age 20-30

Choose a career based on work experience

In fact, most industries that recruit trainees to Japan do not require workers to have work experience. But this is a condition to participate in a number of specific industries such as welding, turning, textiles, etc., because these are skills contests.

Some industries have a skill exam, but the purpose is only for the enterprise side to consider the work style and evaluate the Intern.

Choose a career by degree

Currently, orders to export Japanese workers require a degree 2 or higher. For candidates who have graduated from Intermediate, College, and University with non-specialized majors, there are still certain advantages when participating in interviews. Health conditions

Mechanical

Jobs in this industry are usually done in cold houses, factory jobs are not too hard, moreover, part-time jobs are often more than other occupations, especially suitable for female workers.

Construct

Japan is a country that frequently experiences earthquakes, mainly because of the need for human resources for the construction of traffic and infrastructure works.

Compared to other industries, the construction industry is easier to recruit, does not require too much in terms of appearance, the cost of exporting Japanese labor is cheaper than other occupations.

Food Processing

Agriculture

Agriculture is considered a strong industry in Japan with the application of scientific and technical advances to farming activities. The jobs in the agricultural industry include gardening, animal husbandry, agricultural product processing, etc. In particular, this job will be more comfortable than working in factories, working on chains.
