3. Job Description:
- Perform receptionist duties at the Company's Office:
- Answer the telephone switchboard, receive and transfer calls to individuals/departments and record information from returning guests. Outbound phone calls upon request;
- Guiding and welcoming guests to work;
- Arrange and prepare meeting rooms at the request of individuals, departments and the Board of Directors;
- Receive and deliver letters, newspapers, documents, faxes, dispatches to/from each relevant department and unit;
- Carry out the preparation and arrangement of facilities, decoration of the general landscape, and celebration activities.
- Performing clerical management and archiving at the Company's Office:
- Receive, classify, examine, and review the format of documents and documents, and circulate, transfer, and publish online documents, documents, records, and official dispatches in order of priority to ministries. related departments and units;
- Record information of incoming and outgoing documents into the database system and manage and store incoming and outgoing dispatches and documents;
- Manage and use seals and signatures in accordance with the law and the Company.
- Managing the canteen work of the Company's Office:
- Receiving and synthesizing the number of meals of employees at the Company's Office;
- Receive and collect opinions from staff about the quality of canteen service at the Company's Office;
- Perform services and procedures related to business trips of the Board of Directors, employees and guests of the Company as assigned in charge, including booking air tickets, booking hotel rooms...etc.
- General operation management:
- Coordinate cars when required to use vehicles to serve the work of employees
- Proposing procurement and allocating assets at the Company;
- Send birthday greeting cards to employees and carry out related work
- Summarize, monitor, and make statistics of administrative and office expenses at the Company's Office and complete the payment request file.
- Participating in the organization of programs, events, conferences and other activities of the Company, including programs, events, conferences and activities chaired by the Human Resources - Administration Department or in collaboration with the Department other.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head/Deputy Head and the Board of Directors.
4. General requirements:
- Intermediate or higher graduation
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position. Age range 20-28 years old
- Office computer skills, teamwork and independent work
- Well-balanced, good-looking appearance. Smooth communication
- English communication
5. Remuneration regime:
