3. Job Description:

• Market research, forecasting labor export market trends to develop strategies, plans and goals of external affairs and market development in each period;
• Researching plans and ways to effectively develop the market, attracting many large partners and unions to promote and dominate market share in the field of bringing interns and workers to target markets. pepper;
• Planning, directing, implementing external affairs and developing markets: searching for customers, approaching customers, negotiating with customers on framework contracts between the group and customers;
• Participating in the development of medium and long-term business strategies for the labor export market;
• Manage, direct and coordinate with the customer care department to solve arising problems during the working time at home and abroad;
• Organizing, operating and supervising employees. Orient and train employees in their department to develop their expertise, professionalism and skills in order to achieve the common goals of the assigned department/department;
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure the best service quality;
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers;
• Perform other arising tasks according to the actual situation within the permitted authority and other tasks at the request of the leader.

4. General requirements:

• Qualification: University or above;
• Candidates with > 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar position in the industry of labor export, study abroad;
• Ability to think logically & intelligently, be quick and agile in grasping trends, business ideas and implementation;
• Interested in human development services;
• Have good vision and planning ability;
• Having a good voice and presentation ability, causing sympathy for listeners;
• Personality calm, mature, agile, confident;
• Good-looking appearance, neat, polite, professional style;
• Mastering the provisions of law related to international business activities and the field of labor export/sending;
• Foreign languages: good command of English or Japanese, preference to know other foreign languages ​​(German, French, Romanian, Russian...).
