AMDI GROUP Appoints KEY LEADERSHIP POSITIONS

AMDI GROUP Joint Stock Company has just decided to appoint key leaders on December 27.

Accordingly, the Board of Directors of AMDI GROUP approved Resolution No. 67/2021/NQ-HĐQT approving Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of AMDI GROUP from January 1, 2022.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung graduated in Economic Engineering (Hanoi University of Science and Technology) and has more than 20 years of experience in management, project development, financial management and bidding. As a member of the Board of Directors of AMDI GROUP since 2018, Mr. Hung is directly involved in the process of directing bidding activities and coordinating projects deployed by AMDI GROUP.

As Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung will participate in directing and managing many important areas at AMDI GROUP such as project investment activities, external services, internal services... of the Group. AMDI GROUP, as well as member companies.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Mo graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hanoi National University), is a lawyer with nearly 20 years of independent practice experience and is in charge of corporate law. In her experience as an in-house lawyer, Ms. Mo has many years of experience in management and consulting roles for the Boards of many large enterprises in Vietnam. Lawyer Mo's field of experience focuses on real estate, has directly been in charge and advised many investment projects, real estate development and large mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In addition, she has also advised on issues related to commerce, labor, taxation, finance and banking.
